America’s Most Loved Workplaces 2024

Cincinnati Incorporated is proud to announce its recognition as one of Newsweek’s Top 200 Most Loved Workplaces for 2025.  This prestigious award given by Newsweek,  in collaboration with Best Practice Institute, highlights companies that have fostered exceptional workplace environments, earning high marks from employee surveys for satisfaction and a commitment to trust, belonging, and respect, as well as personal and professional growth.

The selection process for Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces is rigorous and measures various aspects of employee sentiment, from teamwork and community to overall happiness, appreciation and opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Altogether, more than 2.6 million employers were surveyed from a range of less than 50 employees to more than 10,000 employees.  Additionally, several company Executives were asked to participate in a series of interviews with regards to specific company policies and practices.  50% of the score was based on the employee survey assessment, 35% based on employers’ written responses to questions and the series of interviews, and 15% was derived using external public rankings such as Glassdoor, Indeed, Google and CareerBliss.

“We are honored to be named among Newsweek’s Most Loved Workplaces,” said Tim Warning, CEO of Cincinnati Incorporated.  “This recognition reflects the dedication of our entire team, who work each day to create an environment that incorporates our company values of respect, collaboration and shared success.  It’s a testament to our commitment to fostering a culture where employees can thrive.

Cincinnati Incorporated stands out for its dedication of values and was certified by the Best Practice Institute Most Loved Workplace. Through this process, we were recognized for making their top 100 rankings for hiring veterans and focusing on employee wellness, in addition to being one of only 8 manufacturing companies out of 200 to make the Newsweek list.

“As Cincinnati Incorporated continues to grow and evolve, this recognition inspires the company to further invest in our people and strengthen our culture.  Our people are the heartbeat of everything we do, and this recognition is a celebration of their resilience, dedication and passion and we will continue to nurture an environment where everyone loves to work.” said Donna Szarwark, VP Human Resources.
